Section 472 of the Legal Profession Act 2007 requires the Legal Services Commission to keep a Discipline Register of disciplinary action taken under the Act.
Whilst that register does include the names of the legal practitioners the subject of the disciplinary action, and the names of the law firms where they worked at the time of the conduct in question, it does not contain the decisions themselves.
In the interests of public education and transparency, we have published the decisions of the Statutory Committee, the Solicitors Complaints Tribunal and the Legal Practice Committee we have been able to find.
